One of the things that Pizza Hut has done to improve its service is set up an online customer survey. Through this survey, the company will get to hear from their customers and obtain their feedback and opinions.

How to Participate in the Survey

If you want to take the survey, you need to have your Pizza Hut receipt with you, as well as an access to the Internet. Here are the steps:

  1. Visit the website at www.tellpizzahut.com.
  2. Select your language (English or Spanish).
  3. Enter the store number (it’s either a 4-digit or 6-digit number).
  4. Enter the date and time of your visit, as well as the total amount purchased. All these details can be found on your receipt.
  5. Click Enter.
  6. Begin answering the survey questions.
  7. Once you have completed the survey, you will instantly find out if you have won an iPod. You can also join the sweepstakes and get 10 chances to win by providing your personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number.

    So frustrated. For the last two months, I have ordered pizza regularly from your Thomaston store. With each order, I place an order for a large pan pizza. I ask them to make sure there is cheese on the pizza because there is typically no cheese on the pizza. There is alot of sauce and 2-3 pepporonis per slice and only an edge of cheese on each piece. I don’t know if it’s magically disappearing during the baking process but who eats pizza without cheese. I have mentioned this on several occassions to different management staff and although they seem to care, it doesn’t change. On two occassions, I called to tell them that they screwed up my order and gave me thin instead of pan and was told sorry. I placed another order and paid for another pizza. Why am I paying for something they did not get right. As a former restraunt owner and chain rest. store manager, I am so frustrated at the lack of motivation and concern. As a customer, I work hard for the money I spend in your rest. and even though it is just six or ten dollars, I should be able to depend on my order being right and good. I ran a tight ship when I ran a resteraunt and unfortunately, this shows that these managers are not concerned enough with their customers and the quality of the food they allow to go out. I love your food but lately, I am truly dissapointed in both food and service.
