Panda Express Customer Survey

When it comes to authentic Chinese gourmet food, nothing beats Panda Express. It’s history started when Andrew Cherng and his father Master Chef Ming-Tsai Cherng traveled to the United States to fulfill their American dream, and with the little money that they had, they established the very first Panda Express restaurant in in 1973 in Pasadena, CA. In the succeeding years, they opened several restaurants in various areas in California. In 1987 they had expanded to Honolulu and a few years later they opened their Bloomington, Minnesota restaurant. In 1993, they already had 100 restaurant locations and by 2002, that number grew to 500. Today, Panda Express already has 1600 stores and 23,000 associates in 46 states and in other countries around the world.
