Manage USPS Account and Payroll Online
The United States Postal Service is an independent agency of the federal government. With LiteBlue, you can log on to change your payroll information, tax deduction amounts, and manage your retirement and employment investment accounts. LiteBlue also opens the door to an entire online learning and service environment designed for postal workers. LiteBlue also allows you access to PostalEase. During the open enrollment season, you can change your benefits options and plan. It is important to note that while you have full year access to PostalEase, changes may only be made during the open season.
What you will need:
• A computer, laptop, smart phone or mobile device with an Internet connection
• USPS Employee ID number
• USPS PIN
Steps to Manage USPS account and Payroll Online:
1. Copy and paste the following URL into your browser or if your system allows, click the link we have provided here: liteblue.usps.gov
2. Enter in your USPS employee ID number and PIN that you were assigned by HR. Click on “Logon.”
3. Select the option for your account you would like to manage.
